Academic Matters: This includes issues related to the timely issuance of documents like duplicate mark sheets, transfer certificates, conduct certificates, and concerns regarding other examination-related matters.
Financial Matters: The GRC can address concerns related to student fees and payments associated with various university services such as the library, hostels, and others.
Facility-Related Issues: Students can report concerns about sanitation, food quality, transportation availability, or any other issues impacting their well-being on campus.
The GRC aims to resolve all grievances within a stipulated timeframe. Students can submit complaints through the online portal or utilize the designated grievance/suggestion boxes located around campus.
